Howard Petrick is an artist who has always been involved in civil liberties and political issues. He produced and directed the award winning documentary film about the McCarthy era,"The Case of the Legless Veteran: James Kutcher" and was a producer on the award film about the history of the gay movement "Before Stonewall". His work as a photojournalist has appeared in Time, Newsweek and The New York Times. He currently is doing a solo performance theater show "Rambo: The Missing Years" about his experiences organizing against the Vietnam War while in the US Army as a draftee.
